Under The Bridge

My old friend Billy Phelps and I sat down to a late afternoon snack around the corner from the Williamsburg Bridge the other day. After a series of missing each other in each others town it finally synched and I got to catch up with my old friend. Ive told him this a million times but Billy Phelps changed my life. He took me under his wing for a bit, taught me a thing or two about beauty and cameras and reset me to work and believe and to continue to make images to this day. Ultimately all he really did was say "Yeah come on over" when I called him one day. Thank you Billy. I know I've said it a bunch but I hope I feel the need to say it a million times more. Much love to you my friend

Book Signing LA

Sean flew out and David came down and we stacked up a pile of books at the Turntable Lab and a massive amount of kids rolled out. It was a great night. Thanks to LA Weekly and Turntable Lab and of course Sean, Rhymesayers, David Lopes and Gingko and Luis who helped me hang the photos.
