To anyone who read my post regarding the Lifter Puller catalog release. When you purchase the book, the down load card that comes with it is good for the entire catalog but not the live tracks. The live tracks are only available via purchasing the enhanced album online. I am sorry for the misinformation. I mistakenly posted that the live tracks were available via the book/card combo. Sorry about that

On December 1st, The Orchard
is releasing the entire Lifter Puller catalog. Each album is enhanced with live tracks of selected songs.
We have also made a limited edition book. Its 96 pages and has interviews, lyrics and a ton of tour photos. The book will also include a download card good for the entire catalog minus the live stuff. The live tracks are only available through buying the enhanced album online. Its not up yet but internet book sales will be handled by Blue Collar Distro. The book will also be available at Treehouse Records in Minneapolis. We didnt make that many so if you are interested, keep an eye out at these two sites.
Craig Finn did a nice interview on Pitchfork. You can read it here
